The North Okanagan Referral Association (NORA) is a word-of-mouth business promotion group that encourages the growth of local businesses in the North Okanagan through direct referrals.

 

We are dedicated to fostering a strong and supportive business community in the North Okanagan region by focusing on facilitating connections and collaborations among businesses, ultimately driving the success and prosperity of all of our members.

We are committed to promoting the interests of our members and facilitating sustainable growth opportunities. How NORA Supports Local Business Growth

Regular Networking

A NORA membership is not just about Business Referral Marketing, it's also about education and growth through shared knowledge and insights freely given by all members.

We meet every Friday at 7:30 AM for a buffet-style breakfast at the Schubert Center in Vernon (except on long weekends). 

 

During these breakfast meetings, our members exchange referrals, information about business practices, host guest speakers from the businesses community, and help each other problem solve business solutions.  

Low Fees and High ROI

NORA purposely keeps our fees low and affordable so all businesses in the North Okanagan can join our membership and benefit from our business referral model.

The $200 per year fee includes:

  • instant, ongoing access to all of our NORA members 

  • a member listing on our website.

  • the membership breakfast every Friday morning.

  • opportunities to invite guest speakers to address the membership

  • ongoing opportunities to learn from other members and share your own business expertise 

  • an easy way to build community and connection in the North Okanagan and recognition for your business.
